Residential tickets come with standard accommodation in single rooms in Southwell Hall on the Jubilee campus (Nottingham NG8 1BB), includes all meals from Monday evening to Thursday afternoon, including evening meals on Monday, Tuesday and the conference dinner on Wednesday evening, parking, and attendance at any of the sessions, the poster display and exhibitors. If you register for a residential ticket to attend the meeting on Tuesday 9th your accommodation will be for Monday 8th September, similarly residential tickets for Wednesday and Thursday include accommodation for the Tuesday and Wednesday, allowing a prompt start each morning.

For  Non-Residential tickets, evening meals are not included and the Conference dinner requires a separate ticket which can be booked below. Double rooms are available on campus but must be booked separately. They do not include meals and will require separate tickets for the conference dinner.
